The Director of Elementary and Middle School Youth Ministries role is to direct and lead the youth programming for youth grades 2 through 5 (Noah's Crew) and grades 6 through 8 (Glory Gang). The position shall seek to foster Christian relationships, commitment to the church and growth in faith in Jesus Christ.

The Director of High School Youth Ministry is to direct and lead the youth programming for youth grades 9 through 12 (Torchbearers). The position shall seek to foster Christian relationships, commitment to the church and growth in faith in Jesus Christ.

The Director of Youth Education's role is to direct and lead the education program for youth age 3 through high school. The position shall seek to foster Christian relationships, commitment to church and growth in faith in Jesus Christ.

The Director of Youth Ministry's role is to be someone who should be a person whose commitment to Christ and the Church is evidenced in daily living and work. In addition he or she should be trained in and committed to the Christian Church.

The Director of Youth, Family and Educational Ministries (hereafter referred to as DYFEM) should have a fervent zeal to bring all youth in the congregation closer to Christ; strengthen families and encourage life-long learning. He/she may have a degree in education, recreation and (or) theological training or other related degree and two years' experience in a related field. The DYFEM should have a love and understanding of all God's children and be seeded in the faith.

The Youth Worker's role is to provide a Christian environment that encourages youth to share ideas, emotions, and needs, and to develop a faithful Christian life. Qualifications include: mature and active faith in Jesus Christ, training in youth and family ministries, basic Bible knowledge-, an understanding of the Lutheran traditions, interpersonal skills with young people; good organizational skills; previous experience highly valued.

The Director of Family, Youth, and Learning Ministries role is to maintain an effective youth ministry with the middle school and senior high school youth with an emphasis on being a part of the congregation in worship, education, fellowship and mission outreach.

The Youth Music Coordinator's role is to coordinate youth and children's music ministry, including singing with the middle school / high school choir, and elementary choir and leading them when they sing in church. The position may also include coordinating the gifts of young musicians so that their talents are used.

The Youth Ministry Director's role is to enhance its ministry with youth through their increased participation in a variety of faith-development activities. Such activities will seek to create and develop a sense of belonging, celebrate life in Christ, provide nurture, foster witnessing and serving, and develop leadership among youth in the congregation.

The Director of Youth Ministry's role is to direct and lead youth programming for Middle School and High School age youth. The Director of Youth Ministry shall seek to foster Christian community through building relationships with young people that strengthen their commitment to the church and growth in faith in Jesus Christ.
