Usage of Computers and Internet System
This policy refers to all information resources, whether controlled or shared, stand alone, or networked. It applies to all computers and communication facilities owned, leased, operated, or contracted by the Church. This includes word processing equipment, personal computers, workstations, laptop computers, and associated peripherals and software, regardless of whether used for administration, research, teaching, or any other purpose.

This is an example of an e-mail that can be sent out to people in an e-mail list to let them know what is happening for the week in the church and Scripture lessons to prepare you for Worship or as thoughts to reflect upon throughout the week.
