Lenten Devotions: Worship - Praise the Lord
“Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD, O my soul! I will praise the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God all my life long.” (Psalm 146:1-2). The psalmist is expressing his desire to worship God all of his life. I have worshiped God all my life, but I’m not sure that I have yet to match the psalmist’s enthusiasm for the worship of God. The psalmist says that he will worship God all his life, but I get the sense that he also means all day, every day.

I have found it difficult to talk about my faith to people I don’t know, let alone preach the good news to them.
