Contributions Music from Malawi Text Files When the Cathedral Choir from Lilongwe, Malawi, visited in 2006, their Cathedral Choir had performed at a number of different locations. Included inside are some of the lyrics that had been performed (both single files and one large file of all songs w/translations), and the flyer advertising the April, 2006 Choir Tour. Raising Hope in Malawi - Brick by Brick Chetek Lutheran Church wanted to help build a church in Malawi. To help church members remember their companion in prayer during in the fundraising process. Ribbons for Lent Members of the Youth Group at Immanuel Lutheran Church made these ribbons for use by the congregation during the 2004 Lenten season to describe the lenten theme: Journey to the Neighbor. Journey to the neighbor is two fold: a physical journey, across the street or as far as Malawi, and a journey of the heart from self centered to being centered on God and the neighbor. Bishop Bvumbwe - Twinning Workshop As you will recall, we came to this country in October of 2000 and are due to return back home in June. The first part of our sabbatical was spend one year at Camp Wapo helping and working as an international resource person. We took advantage of such an office to respond to a variety of invitations which come from congregations and the ELCA to introduce ourselves as a new companion of the Northwest Synod.
